Eligibility
NY-based small businesses (per NY Economic Development Law Section 131: independently owned, not dominant in field, 100 or fewer employees) actively applying for or recently awarded a Phase I or II SBIR/STTR grant. Must remain headquartered in NY for 2 years post-commercialization.
