Any New Jersey employer, trade association, union, or educational institution seeking to sponsor or expand a Registered Apprenticeship program in skilled trades or construction.
Requirements
- Must be a New Jersey employer or organization sponsoring apprentices
- Apprenticeship program must meet USDOL registration requirements
- Employer must provide on-the-job training component
