Delaware Office of Supplier Diversity (OSD) Statewide Bonding Pilot Program
Launched July 2025, the Delaware OSD Statewide Bonding Pilot Program supports up to 30 small and diverse contractors with no-cost education, technical assistance, and a pathway to bond-readiness in partnership with Embrace Partners and MBDI.

Small and diverse Delaware contractors needing bonding capacity to compete for larger construction opportunities. Program provides no-cost access to training, technical assistance, and surety bonding guidance. Informational webinar held July 10, 2025.
