Pennsylvania service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses may participate after SBA certification if they meet ownership, control, size, and program requirements.
Requirements
- Be at least 51 percent owned and controlled by one or more service-disabled veterans
- Meet SBA small business size standards
- Complete SBA veteran small business certification
