About this program
The Stamford HOME-ARP Food, Housing, and Stabilization Program funds nonprofit organizations providing food assistance, housing stability case management, outreach, resource navigation, and stabilization services for extremely low-income individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
Eligibility
Government agencies and 501(c)(3) nonprofits in good standing with experience serving eligible Stamford residents in HUD HOME-ARP qualifying populations.
Requirements
- Submit separate application through ZoomGrants if applying for HOME-ARP funds
- Request at least $10,000 and document service model, budget, fiscal capacity, qualifying population expertise, and outcomes
- Operate on reimbursement basis and meet federal reporting, insurance, contracting, and compliance requirements
