The Muncie Redevelopment Commission supports redevelopment projects and manages tax increment financing resources to advance land reuse, infrastructure, neighborhood revitalization, and economic development.

Eligible developers, businesses, public-private partnerships, and public improvement projects in Muncie redevelopment areas.
Requirements
- Coordinate with Muncie Redevelopment Commission before commitments
- Submit project scope, district location, budget, financing gap, jobs, and public benefit documentation
- Receive commission approval and execute required agreements
