Assistance can connect businesses and developers to site selection, permitting, state incentives, and financing resources.

Businesses, employers, developers, and property owners considering investment, expansion, relocation, or redevelopment in Warwick.
Requirements
- Contact Warwick economic development staff early in project planning
- Provide project location, investment, jobs, space needs, timeline, and financing needs
- Complete matched incentive, permitting, or financing applications with partner agencies as applicable
