About this program
The Tulsa Global District Facade Grant Program is an East Tulsa storefront improvement initiative supported by George Kaiser Family Foundation. The program helps local entrepreneurs strengthen their businesses through exterior improvements that create a more vibrant, competitive, and welcoming district. Eligible projects include storefront signage, exterior lighting, paint and facade updates, window improvements, display enhancements, and other visible curb appeal upgrades, with funds paid directly to the contractor.
Eligibility
Commercial businesses that are tenants or property owners within the Tulsa Global District boundaries may apply for eligible exterior storefront improvements.
Requirements
- Business must be located within the Tulsa Global District boundaries.
- Applicant must be a commercial business, either a tenant or property owner.
- Tenant applicants must have permission from the property owner.
