Requirements
- Coordinate with VITEMA and the USVI hazard mitigation process
- Submit project scope, benefit-cost analysis, hazard risk, budget, environmental information, and local match documentation
- Comply with FEMA, VITEMA, procurement, environmental, reporting, and closeout requirements
