About this program
The Stellar Community Fund (SCF) is a quarterly grant program by the Stellar Development Foundation that allocates XLM rewards to community-voted projects building on Stellar. Each round provides ~$500K-$3M in awards distributed across selected projects (typically $30,000-$150,000 per award). The program supports DeFi, payments, tokenization, infrastructure, and consumer apps on Stellar and Stellar Soroban (smart contracts).
Eligibility
Individuals, teams, and companies building on Stellar or Soroban. Open globally including U.S. applicants. Projects must have a working prototype or pilot to advance through SCF stages.
Requirements
- Apply during the active SCF round on the Stellar platform
- Submit project description, demo, team, and budget
- Pass eligibility review and advance through rounds (Kickoff, Build, Awards)
