Jump Start microloans of $500 to $10,000 help small and micro retailers in low-wealth communities start or grow their businesses, including technical assistance and financial literacy training.

Eligibility
Small businesses in low-wealth California communities, especially women, people of color, veterans, the disabled, and those previously incarcerated. Must not qualify for loans at traditional lenders.
Requirements
- Must be located in a low-wealth community in California
- Business must be starting or in early growth stage
- Must complete financial literacy training
