Capital City Development Corporation's Rebuild program reimburses eligible exterior and tenant improvements that strengthen downtown Boise urban renewal districts.
Eligibility
Property owners and tenants in eligible Boise urban renewal districts may apply for qualifying storefront, facade, and building improvements.
Requirements
- Confirm property is in eligible CCDC district
- Submit application before starting work
- Complete approved improvements and reimbursement documentation
