About this program
Hawaii's Green Energy Market Securitization program supports clean energy and efficiency financing for eligible commercial, nonprofit, and multifamily projects that reduce energy costs and advance Hawaii's clean energy goals.
Eligibility
Eligible Hawaii commercial, nonprofit, and property owners, including Maui applicants, with qualifying clean energy or efficiency projects.
Requirements
- Submit inquiry and project information through GEMS
- Provide technical scope, property, borrower, cost, and savings documentation
- Meet financing, underwriting, and project eligibility requirements
