Eligibility
Individual must hold an associate, bachelor's, graduate, or post-graduate STEM degree and be employed full-time (35+ hours/week) by a Delaware-based employer in eligible STEM fields including computer/software technology, engineering, or advanced mathematics/finance.
Requirements
- STEM degree from an accredited institution
- Full-time employment (35+ hours per week) at a Delaware-based employer
- Work in eligible STEM field (computer/software technology, engineering, life/natural/environmental sciences, advanced mathematics/finance, or medical device technology)
