Spokane Independent Metro Business Alliance participates in Washington Commerce’s Small Business Resiliency Network, providing culturally relevant assistance to historically excluded small business owners in Spokane and nearby counties. Support can include resilience planning, capital navigation, referrals, and business coaching.

Historically excluded small business owners in Spokane and surrounding Washington counties served by SIMBA under SBRN.
Requirements
- Small business in eligible service area
- Meet SBRN community focus or program criteria
- Participate in advising or resource navigation
