About this program

The Fayetteville CDBG Redevelopment Program assists low- and moderate-income residents with potential or current City code violation situations on their property. Assistance can address issues such as overgrown grass or weeds, trash or junk, stagnant water, parking or storage of inoperable vehicles, and unsafe unoccupied structures, helping prevent deterioration and stabilize neighborhoods.

Eligibility

Low- and moderate-income Fayetteville households with eligible property conditions or code violation issues may qualify for redevelopment assistance.

Requirements

  • Property must be located in the City of Fayetteville.
  • Applicant must meet applicable low- to moderate-income eligibility requirements.
  • Assistance must address eligible code violation, blight, or neighborhood stabilization conditions.
