Eligibility
Eligible applicants are North Carolina cities and counties that own or have a long-term lease or easement for the project site and are developing, renovating, or acquiring public park and recreation facilities.
Requirements
- Be a North Carolina city or county.
- Own or hold at least a 25-year lease or easement for the project property.
- Provide the required local match for the project.
