About this program
The Downtown Development Revolving Loan Fund provides below-market financing to local governments and development authorities for eligible downtown development projects that revitalize commercial districts.
Eligibility
Eligible Georgia cities, counties, and development authorities sponsoring qualifying downtown projects, including Marietta projects.
Requirements
- Apply through an eligible local government or development authority
- Provide project scope, budget, borrower information, collateral, and repayment plan
- Meet downtown location, public benefit, and underwriting requirements
