Eligibility
Eligible applicants are creditworthy businesses with eligible Ohio fixed-asset projects that create or retain jobs and meet program underwriting and public-benefit standards.
Requirements
- Use funds for eligible land, building, machinery, equipment, or related fixed assets.
- Demonstrate job creation or retention and project public benefit.
- Provide required collateral, borrower equity, financial statements, and guarantees.
