BIA Indian Loan Guarantee and Insurance Program (ILGP) – Utah Native Americans
BIA ILGP provides up to 90% loan guarantees for Utah Native American entrepreneurs from federally recognized tribes including the Navajo Nation, Ute Indian Tribe (Uintah & Ouray), Paiute Indian Tribe of Utah, and others. Maximum individual guarantee is $500,000.

Eligibility
Enrolled members of Utah's federally recognized tribes (Navajo Nation, Ute Indian Tribe, Paiute Indian Tribe of Utah, Skull Valley Band of Goshute, Northwestern Band of Shoshone, Confederated Tribes of Goshute, Ute Mountain Ute Tribe) or businesses 51%+ owned by enrolled tribal members.
Requirements
- Enrolled member of a federally recognized AI/AN tribe or business 51%+ owned by enrolled member
- Apply through a lending institution participating in ILGP
- Viable business plan and ability to repay
