Workforce Training Fund Express Program
Reimbursement grants up to $15,000 per year for Massachusetts employers with 100 or fewer employees to fund workforce training. Small retailers can be reimbursed for 100% of training costs for current or newly hired employees.

Eligibility
Massachusetts employers with 100 or fewer employees that contribute to the Massachusetts Unemployment Insurance (UI) system. Organizations with fewer than 100 employees can be reimbursed for 100% of training costs. Maximum $3,000 per employee per course.
Requirements
- Must be a Massachusetts employer contributing to the Workforce Training Fund through UI surcharge
- 100 or fewer employees in Massachusetts
- Training must be for current or newly hired Massachusetts-based employees
