Eligibility
Small businesses starting or expanding in Oklahoma City's Enterprise Community, Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy Area, or Conditional Expansion Area may apply for financing.
Requirements
- Business must be located in or expanding into an eligible Oklahoma City Enterprise Community, Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy Area, or Conditional Expansion Area.
- Project must promote business startup or expansion and increase employment opportunities within the target area.
- Loan proceeds must be used for eligible acquisition, construction, renovation, machinery, equipment, inventory, or working capital costs.
