Eligibility
Eligible firms, including North Carolina manufacturers, must show declines in sales or production and employment due importantly to increased imports of like or directly competitive articles or services.
Requirements
- Demonstrate import-related declines in sales, production, and employment under TAAF rules.
- Work with the appropriate Trade Adjustment Assistance Center to prepare a petition.
- Develop an adjustment proposal identifying technical assistance projects.
