Eligibility
Companies conducting global business from Hawaii, including importers, exporters, and manufacturers using imported components or global supply chains, may use FTZ services when operations fit zone requirements.
Requirements
- Contact FTZ9 to evaluate whether foreign-trade zone services fit the business activity.
- Meet federal and state FTZ compliance requirements for storage, manipulation, exhibition, assembly, or manufacturing activities.
- Complete any tenant, user, customs, or operating agreement requirements for the selected FTZ service.
