The Arkansas Site Development Program provides matching funding for site development improvements that make qualified industrial sites more competitive for job-creating economic development projects.
Eligibility
Arkansas cities, towns, counties, economic development organizations, and chambers of commerce with eligible industrial sites meeting acreage, ownership, and database requirements.
Requirements
- Submit intent to apply and full application during open cycles
- Provide site details, ownership or option documentation, match, infrastructure needs, and improvement plan
- Use funds for eligible site readiness, infrastructure, due diligence, grading, or development costs
