About this program
The Omaha Mayor’s Neighborhood Grant Program supports resident-led projects in Omaha neighborhoods. Awards fund practical projects such as beautification, gardens, public space activation, community events, food access, safety improvements, and neighborhood capacity building.
Eligibility
Omaha neighborhood associations, resident groups, nonprofits, and community partners proposing eligible neighborhood projects.
Requirements
- Project must benefit an Omaha neighborhood and align with program guidelines
- Submit project description, budget, timeline, and neighborhood support information
- Coordinate permits, fiscal sponsorship, reporting, and city requirements as needed
