About this program
The City of North Little Rock Community Development Agency administers Community Development Block Grant funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The program supports eligible activities that benefit low- and moderate-income residents, improve housing quality, expand housing choices, assist nonprofit public service organizations, improve public facilities, and fund public works projects such as drainage, street, curb, and gutter improvements in low- and moderate-income areas.
Eligibility
Eligible nonprofit organizations, public agencies, neighborhood-based organizations, and qualified project sponsors serving North Little Rock residents may apply through the city's CDBG funding process.
Requirements
- Project must serve North Little Rock residents or eligible low- and moderate-income areas.
- Activity must meet a HUD CDBG national objective and eligible activity category.
- Organizations applying for public service funding must have at least one year of 501(c)(3) nonprofit status and at least one year of experience providing a CDBG-eligible activity.
