Ohio Department of Development Energy Loan Fund
Provides low-interest financing to Ohio corporations, LLCs, nonprofits, school districts, colleges, and local governments to install energy efficiency measures reducing energy use by at least 15%. Health care facilities and hospitals are eligible borrowers.

Corporations, LLCs, limited partnerships, nonprofits, school districts, colleges, universities, and local units of government in Ohio registered with the Ohio Secretary of State.
Requirements
- Must be registered with Ohio Secretary of State
- Project must reduce energy by at least 15%
- Technical assistance available for required energy audit
