About this program
The Oregon Entrepreneurial Development Loan Fund provides direct financing to help small businesses and entrepreneurs launch, stabilize, or expand when conventional credit is limited. Bend businesses can use the fund for eligible working capital, equipment, or business development costs.
Eligibility
Oregon entrepreneurs and small businesses with viable business plans, repayment ability, and eligible business purposes.
Requirements
- Submit application and business plan to Business Oregon or program partner
- Provide financial projections, tax returns, credit information, collateral, and use-of-funds documentation
- Meet underwriting and technical assistance requirements
