About this program
The Montgomery County MOVE Program helps attract and retain businesses by providing a grant tied to new or expanded office leases in the county. Businesses signing their first commercial office lease or expanding existing office space by at least 500 square feet may qualify, with grant calculations capped at 10,000 square feet.
