Eligibility

Small business at least 51% owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals. Racial/ethnic minorities are presumed socially disadvantaged. Personal net worth under $750,000 (excluding home and business equity), average adjusted gross income under $350,000, assets under $6 million.
