About this program
Henderson’s redevelopment incentive programs can support business relocation and expansion in eligible redevelopment areas. Assistance may help with moving costs, tenant improvements, leasehold costs, working capital, and other eligible expenses that bring investment and employment to targeted districts.
Eligibility
Eligible businesses relocating to or expanding within Henderson redevelopment areas and meeting redevelopment goals.
Requirements
- Project must be located in an eligible redevelopment area
- Submit relocation or expansion plan, budget, lease or site information, job and investment impacts, and requested assistance
- Receive city approval and comply with agreement, reimbursement, and reporting terms
