Child Care Loan Program
Provides low-interest loans at 2.5% to licensed child care providers in North Dakota for real estate, equipment, or working capital. Projects up to $100,000 can be 100% funded; over $100,000 requires a 50% match.

Eligibility
Licensed profit, nonprofit, and public child care facilities in North Dakota. Faith-based organizations eligible if following federal guidelines. Must have a credit score of 640 or higher.

- Projects over $100,000 must have 50% match from owner equity, grants, or private credit
