The Angel Match Program matches private investor commitments for high-growth early-stage primary-sector North Dakota businesses.
About this program
The North Dakota Angel Match Program is an SSBCI-funded direct equity and convertible security program administered by the North Dakota Development Fund. It supports high-growth early-stage primary sector businesses headquartered in North Dakota by matching eligible private investor commitments up to $250,000 per business, with a minimum match of $10,000. Businesses may apply once per financing round and may receive no more than three separate AMP investments.
Eligibility
High-growth early-stage primary sector businesses headquartered in North Dakota with eligible investor commitments and required North Dakota employee and leadership presence.
Requirements
- Business must be headquartered in North Dakota.
- At least one C-Suite employee and 25% of W-2 employees must be North Dakota residents.
- Business must be a primary sector North Dakota business.
