Eligibility
Eligible nonprofit organizations, public agencies, community development partners, and qualified project sponsors serving Kingsport residents may apply during the city's CDBG subrecipient funding process.
Requirements
- Project must serve Kingsport residents or eligible neighborhoods.
- Activity must meet a HUD CDBG national objective and an eligible activity category.
- Applicant must be an eligible subrecipient or implementing partner under CDBG rules.
