Eligibility
Economic development organizations and local governments that apply to receive grant funds which are then sub-granted to qualifying restaurants opening in vacant commercial spaces.
Requirements
- Must be an eligible place-based economic development organization or local government
- Targeted restaurants must be opening in previously vacant commercial space
- Project must be within an identified commercial corridor or Main Street area
