Eligibility
Oregon commercial customers of Portland General Electric, Pacific Power, NW Natural, Cascade Natural Gas, or Avista utilities including restaurants, cafes, and food service operations.
Requirements
- Must be an Oregon commercial food service business
- Must be a customer of a qualifying Oregon utility
- Energy improvements must meet Energy Trust specifications
