Eligibility
Utah-based and headquartered businesses with no more than 100 employees, sourcing at least 51% of ingredients from Utah-grown products and selling at least 51% of products to Utah consumers. Eligible applicants include for-profit entities, nonprofits, producer cooperatives, and state/local governments. At least 50% of funds designated for meat and poultry processors.
