About this program
Reno’s Redevelopment Agency can use tax increment financing to support projects that advance adopted redevelopment plans. Assistance may support eligible public improvements, infrastructure, streetscape, site preparation, parking, and other redevelopment costs that stimulate private investment.
Eligibility
Developers, property owners, businesses, and public partners with eligible projects in Reno redevelopment areas.
Requirements
- Project must be located in an eligible redevelopment area and align with redevelopment goals
- Submit project description, financing plan, eligible costs, and public benefit information
- Receive agency approvals and execute agreements before reimbursement or incentive delivery
