The Downtown Athens Business Improvement District supports downtown vitality and business activity through services and programs that may include marketing, events, beautification, and business support for the downtown district.
Eligibility
Eligible downtown Athens businesses, property owners, and district partners participating in approved downtown marketing or district improvement activities.
Requirements
- Confirm location or participation in the Downtown Athens BID area
- Submit program, event, or marketing request materials as required by the BID
- Meet eligible expense, public benefit, and reporting requirements
