St. John nonprofits, community organizations, and public facility stakeholders participating in Coral Bay Community Council community facilities planning or technical assistance.
Requirements
- Coordinate with Coral Bay Community Council on eligible community facilities work
- Provide facility needs, community benefit, planning details, and stakeholder information
- Comply with USDA technical assistance, documentation, and project planning requirements
