Pinellas County's Employment Sites Program supports redevelopment and development of sites for target industry employers. Assistance can help close feasibility gaps for projects that create or retain high-wage jobs, improve underused sites, and expand county employment opportunities.
Eligibility
Eligible property owners, developers, or businesses creating target industry employment sites in Pinellas County.
Requirements
- Project must meet employment-site and target-industry criteria
- Submit project budget, site information, and job or investment commitments
- Execute agreement and meet performance requirements
