About this program
Empire State Development’s Division of Small Business and Technology Development supports small businesses with resources, technical assistance, capital access, procurement help, and growth programs. Buffalo firms can use the hub to connect with state programs and partner financing tools.
Eligibility
New York small businesses and entrepreneurs, generally including firms with under 100 employees for many small business services.
Requirements
- Review program-specific eligibility and documentation requirements
- Provide business information, financing or growth need, and supporting documents
- Apply through ESD or partner program channels as directed
