Eligibility
Manufacturing and other high-impact business projects may be considered when incentive funding is likely to affect a location or retention decision and the project can generate net state benefit.
Requirements
- Present a high-impact business location, expansion, or retention project in Oklahoma
- Demonstrate expected job creation, investment, tax base, or related economic impact
- Undergo Oklahoma Department of Commerce economic benefit analysis
