Eligible smaller or under-resourced New York City business improvement districts and related commercial district organizations selected under city program guidelines.
Requirements
- Apply or participate through an SBS grant opportunity when funding is available
- Submit district needs, project scope, budget, vendor or staffing plan, and local business benefit information
- Meet grant agreement, procurement, reporting, and eligible use requirements
