Bloomington-based nonprofit or governmental organizations with eligible digital inclusion projects.
Requirements
- Apply through the city grant application when open
- Provide project budget, financial statement, quotes, nonprofit status, and partnership documents if applicable
- Spend funds within the required period and complete reporting
