Eligibility
NJ-based businesses for clean energy infrastructure or installation projects physically located in NJ, or businesses with at least 50% of FTE employees in NJ. Must be in good standing with NJDOL and NJDEP. Uses demonstrated clean energy technology.
Requirements
- Must have a physical location in New Jersey
- For clean energy installation projects: must be physically located in NJ
- For other projects: at least 50% of FTE employees must work in NJ
