Businesses, developers, and commercial property owners with Hayward projects that owe sewer connection fees greater than $25,000 and can meet City payment schedule requirements.
Requirements
- Have a qualifying business, commercial, industrial, or development project in Hayward
- Owe sewer connection fees in excess of $25,000
