About this program
The Atlantic Avenue Grant Program supports private investment and storefront improvements in the Virginia Beach Oceanfront resort area. The program is intended to improve the appearance, vitality, and visitor experience of Atlantic Avenue by helping eligible businesses and property owners complete approved exterior or site improvements.
