Eligibility
Designed for current DBE firms and businesses seeking new DBE certification in Hawaii, including women-owned firms that can meet current DBE eligibility rules.
Requirements
- Register for a scheduled workshop through Hawaii SBDC or partner channels.
- Bring or prepare DBE application or reevaluation materials as requested.
- Follow current HDOT and USDOT DBE certification requirements.
